Do I need to create a member account?

How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?

 

Login and click on 'My Account.' Edit/update your particulars and save them for future orders. You can also update your password from there.

 

How do I order online?

 

To purchase a product on the FAUVE eStore, click on the item, select size/color, and click 'add to cart.' A pop-up will confirm the addition. Click 'proceed to checkout,' provide delivery details, ensure a valid cell phone and email, choose a payment option, and click 'place order.'

 

How do I know if my order is placed?

 

FAUVE eStore uses a precise automated email system. After placing the order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and number. No email means the order wasn't placed.

 

Why does the item in my cart now say it is unavailable?

 

Adding items to your cart doesn't reserve them. Items are available until checked out. If an item is unavailable during checkout, remove it from your cart.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes, you can cancel or change your order while browsing and shopping by removing or updating it in the 'Shopping Cart.' Once confirmed, you can't change or cancel it before dispatch.

 

How can I pay on your site?

Shipping time within Pakistan is 7 working days, and for international orders, shipment time is 14 working days. Due to the high demand especially during sale or festive occasions, delivery may take between 5 - 7 extra working days.

 

What courier services do you use for shipping?

 

Shipments within Pakistan use delivered by TCS.

International orders are dispatched by Fedex, UPS and DHL Courier Co.

 

What if I am not available at the time of order delivery?

 

Our courier attempts delivery twice. Ensure a valid address and postal code. On the second failed attempt, the item is returned, and you receive email confirmation.

 

How do I check the delivery status?

 

After dispatch, you receive a Tracking number via SMS/Email. Check the order status on the respective courier websites using the provided tracking numbers.
